Rooted in Authentic Indian Lineage

Unlike modern, hybridised or Westernised styles, our teaching at Suddha Sattva Yoga is founded on traditional, unbroken Indian teachings. Experience the power of classical Hatha Yoga, focusing on preparing the body and mind for higher states of consciousness through asana, breath control (pranayama), mantra,  and energetic locks (bandhas). We also offer Classical Kundalini Yoga in its traditional, original form – a systematic science passed down through generations, centered on safely awakening and guiding the fundamental life force.

Integration of Sound Healing

At Suddha Sattva Yoga, the integration of Sound Healing is a vital component that amplifies the efficacy of the yogic practices. We use traditional Indian sound instruments (like Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks, and gongs) and the science of mantra to create vibrational resonance. This directly supports the yogic goal of balancing the body's subtle energies (prana) and clearing blockages in the energetic channels (nadis). The sound frequencies facilitate an instantaneous deepening of the meditative state, making it easier for you to transition from mental activity to profound stillness.

Comprehensive & Holistic Healing

Our approach treats the individual as a complete system – body, mind, and spirit – drawing from a depth of traditional knowledge often overlooked. Discover a comprehensive healing experience that addresses your overall well-being. Suddha Sattva Yoga is committed to providing a unique and transformative experience that nurtures your body, calms your mind, and uplifts your spirit.

"The blend of authentic yoga and sound healing is truly transformative. I leave each session feeling balanced and rejuvenated."
